A single house project in a good location

My husband and I have been doing business in Thailand for many years, so we decided to buy a good house. We thought that the project here was the best solution because all the projects designed by this company are satisfactory. The facilities are also excellent. It's considered as matching the residents' well. It is a two-story house with a large swimming pool. Now, it has shortly been completed, and there are no other problems now. The location is surrounded by residential areas but quite far from markets and 4-5 kilometers away from department stores.
New project with modern design

It is a newly completed project, and my family and I moved into this place right after the project was finished. So far, I haven't found any problems. The house I bought is a 2-story detached house with three bedrooms, well decorated with a modern style. It's mainly black, making it look grand. A swimming pool in the backyard is large enough for a party and socialize with friends. It is not far from Villa Market, Porto de Phuket Mall, and convenience stores, which are very convenient. Although the price is a bit high, it's still worth paying, considering a better quality of life I will get.

Modernly-styled villas in a calm and friendly atmosphere! I fell in love with the design of the villa. It is a two-storey detached house, spacious and open. I don't feel cramped at all as the space is well proportioned and decorated with a full set of furniture. Located in a good location - quiet and not busy. It is also close to various amenities, near Bang Tao Beach and Boat Avenue, which is only 10 minutes by car.

I am interested in Wallaya Villa- The Nest. It is quite a good project. My husband and I went to visit the project. It is impressive. The exterior project design is beautiful, charming, beautiful color tone, looks calm. I think it is good for living as it is located not far from the amenities such as Villa Market, Department Store, and convenience stores. All are considered excellent. The villa exterior is fabulously-designed to be very pleasing to me and my husband with the luxury of furniture and classy look, it makes you want to live in this villa. Besides, this villa also has a common area for us to use, like a fully equipped gym and a modern design swimming pool as well.

It is a new and interesting condo located in a non-crowded community close to Bang Tao Beach, Boat Avenue, restaurants, and shopping malls. As for having visited the project, it comprises only 10 minutes, giving a sense of privacy. The villa design is emphasized on using gray-black color tones, making the house attractive and ideal for people who love privacy because the decoration matches those styles. The price is also worth compared with plot size, living area, and traveling.
