my old house, which i used to invest in, has now been released for other owners. this location is perfect. it is a neighborhood with a lot of chinese restaurants located on the main road. also, it is simple to travel anywhere, less than 5 kilometers from promenada chiang mai shopping mall. the commercial building is a four-story building with three bedrooms that is quite spacious inside. in terms of parking, i can say that it is very convenient. there are plenty of parking spaces in front of the building. the neighbors are welcoming.

the project has a beautiful modern house design and a high level of security. you will be safe with 24-hours security guards. in terms of location, it is private and quiet. it is also easy to travel to the city because it is not far from the main road, only about 10 minutes to travel to central chiangmai and the fresh market. i bought a large house with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms because my family has 6 people, both young children and the elderly. so i'd like a place that's quite large. it's very good living in the house. there is plenty of space, beautifully designed and well-organized. i was impressed indeed.

the contemporary european-style single house combined with the modernity here appeals to me. most importantly, because i have a large family, there are 8 different types of houses to choose from, including townhomes, twin houses, and single detached houses with 3-4 bedrooms. as a result, i decided to purchase a four-bedroom detached house with a large usable area. significantly, houses in this project are reinforced with a steel casing to resist vibration in an earthquake or even use a ventilated ceiling to reduce heat in the house. it is ideal for thailand's hot weather. besides, there are swimming pools, fitness centers, and european-style gardens to support residents like us. however, its location is next to chiang mai - san kamphaeng road, and it takes only 7 minutes to drive to the city and about 11 minutes to central chiangmai.

hay una gran área común dentro del proyecto adecuada para residentes de todas las edades, especialmente para familias. tenemos acceso completo a todos los servicios e instalaciones, como una casa club, una piscina, un gimnasio, un parque y pistas para correr al aire libre. el ambiente es agradable y sombreado desde la mañana hasta la noche. los caminos del proyecto son bastante anchos. la casa es encantadora, se ve elegante hasta el estándar de la marca. también me gusta la casa de la esquina porque hay un espacio adicional en el jardín frente a la casa. otra cosa que se destaca es la persona jurídica. resuelven los problemas rápidamente. ¡que bien!

it is a perfect housing project in a nice location adjacent to the main road, chiang mai - san kamphaeng. you can drive to chiang mai city within 20 minutes. there are many small restaurants and cafes in this area. the project has many facilities such as a sauna, swimming pool, fitness center, playground, club. we visited a single-detached house here, and we love it. it is a 2-story house with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. the project also provides beautiful built-in furniture, which is charming. plus, the price is not high as well, so i will reserve immediately.
